  1. Soak the polycotton cloth in the oil or stain. Press lightly to avoid excess.
  2. Gently rub the soaked cloth over the wooden surface, following the grain of the wood. This ensures even application and prevents streaking.
  3. Depending on the absorption of the wood and the desired effect, apply one or more additional coats. Allow to dry between coats.
